This acclaimed one-day event is back – for its seventh year - and will offer an impressive programme of eminent speakers and interactive workshops, specifically designed to inspire and challenge managers / owners of tourism and hospitality businesses and related public sector organisations.
This year the event takes place at the inspiring new venue of The Glasshouse at Eskmills in Musselburgh, just 5 minutes by train from the centre of Edinburgh. This is a stimulating and light-filled environment in which to hear presentations from:
- TripAdvisor – explaining their meteoric rise to become the world’s largest travel community. Find out how they continuously innovate - and how Scottish tourism businesses can use feedback from TripAdvisor to drive success and growth.
- Dr Bettina von Stamm from the globally acclaimed Innovation Leadership Forum – a passionate speaker, teacher, author and business adviser - on managing innovation in business.
- Ellis Watson – renowned and entertaining business speaker and MD of Edinburgh-based Menzies Distribution, Ellis will share his talent for spreading inspiration and culture change through organisations.
Interactive workshop sessions will be spread through the day - hands-on sessions to equip participants for innovation in their own business, focusing on realistic future tourism scenarios and opportunities.
